AKM Nurul Huda Pintoo

He has a BSS (Honors) in Political Science from Dhaka University and has 20+ years of experience in the Garments Manufacturing & Buying Industry. Mr. Huda is one of the pioneers in introducing Ethical standard practices in garments organizations with extensive training from home and abroad. He has worked as the CEO of Group Operations & Admin with reputed garments manufacturers and for world-famous brands like JC Penny, Wal-Mart, Target, Carrefour, Disney, H & M, etc. Mr. Huda is the Chairman of Batikram Printing Press Limited and Director & CSO of E-Zone HRM Limited. He was the Director of Operations, IRT (Independent Research Team), and a project Coordinator for almost all the projects IRT has undertaken. His leading roles are administration, finance, staff and logistics sourcing, liaison with clients and consultants, etc. In IRT, he gained experience in proposal writing, development of tools, training, staff planning, field planning, field supervision, data analysis (manual like FGD, Case Study, etc.), and support in report writing.

Under his management ability, IRT has completed projects such as Urban Financial Services Study 11, IDC - 2001 Survey, RMP Capacity Strengthening, Study on Factors of Success & Causes of Affliction of RMP ex-crew, and Design of Pilot Projects for SWOW. Most of the projects were sponsored by Care Bangladesh. Mr. Huda is also associated with various socio-cultural organizations & played active roles in bringing the organizations to what it is today. He was a founder Member & Past President of the Rotary Club of Dhaka Kawran Bazar (RCDKB), a Member of DCCI, Life Member of FEMA & Islamia Eye Hospital. Mr. Huda was president of 779 Forum (Old boys association of Zilla school & Ananda Mohan College Mymensingh).
